3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
4 Deposit Terms
To deposit funds on qqee9, you must use the platform's approved payment methods. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposits must be sent from your own account only — use of third-party numbers is not permitted.
- If the deposited amount is not reflected correctly, notify support immediately.
- If deposit details are found to be false or suspicious activity is identified, the right to cancel the transaction is reserved.
5 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required during the verification process or in unusual circumstances.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
- Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if account verification is not complete.
- If fraud or a breach of rules is suspected, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation.
6 Currency & Conversion
All transactions on the qqee9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Attempts to transact in a different currency may be declined.
Bonuses & Promotion Terms
7 Welcome Bonus
New users have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to the bonus:
- For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.
- Or: if you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.
- A wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn: 15 times the bonus amount.
- Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn (calculated on the bonus amount only, excluding the deposit amount).
- The welcome bonus is given only once per account.
- Any attempt to claim the bonus with false information or through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
8 General Promotion Terms
qqee9 may run special offers and promotions from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the promotions page.
- Reading the specific terms and conditions before taking advantage of a promotion is mandatory.
- We reserve the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
- If promotion abuse or bonus hunting is detected, action will be taken on the account.
9 VIP Program
The qqee9 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases as you move to a higher tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Gameplay & Fair Play Policy
10 Permitted & Prohibited Activities
All users on the qqee9 platform are expected to play fairly and honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing using bots, automation software, or artificial assistance.
- Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to control outcomes through collusion or manipulation.
- Using funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
- Threatening or harassing other users.

qqee9 reserves the right to correct any amount incorrectly credited or displayed due to a technical error. Attempting to exploit such errors will result in account suspension.
If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet connection issue, or a third-party game provider, the last confirmed game state will generally be considered valid.

- Operating multiple accounts.
